Why choose a specialist bar catering service?
Because the bar isn’t a detail: it’s where guests meet and where the atmosphere happens. A dedicated team, selected produce and a method that designs every moment make the difference between an adequate service and an experience that stays.
Are the cocktails really unlimited?
Yes: ours is an all-inclusive service, with no limit on the number of cocktails served within the agreed duration.
How long does the service last?
The standard open bar lasts around 2.5 hours, the aperitif 1.5-2 hours. Extra hours can be added when the party asks for it.
What is included?
A bespoke counter and setup, glassware, professional equipment, ice, selected produce and brands, certified bartenders, a designed drink list and unlimited cocktails.
How much does it cost?
Every event is different: the price depends on the number of guests, the duration, the staff and the personalisations. That’s why we work by tailored quote only, which we send within hours.
Can we personalise the drink list?
Yes: we create dedicated signature drinks, cocktail cards and tags with your names, and graphics coordinated to the theme and palette of the event.
Do you look after guests who don’t drink alcohol?
Always. Proper premium mocktails, made with the same care as the alcoholic drinks.
Do you offer scenic effects?
Yes: scenic cocktails, smoke bubbles, glowing drinks and rituals like the couple’s first cocktail. Always in service of the moment, never just for show.
What do you need from the venue?
A power point, water near the counter and space for load-in. Everything else is on us: equipment, glassware, produce, ice and staff. Complete autonomy at any venue.
Do you do a site inspection?
Yes. The inspection takes place after the booking is confirmed; when feasibility needs checking, we run a preliminary one earlier. For far-away or overseas events we study detailed photos, videos and floor plans.
Do you work all over Italy?
Yes. Based in Tuscany, operating across Italy and with couples from abroad.
How do we book?
With a request from the contact form: we reply within hours with a proposal. On confirmation, a deposit is paid on signing, the balance before the event.
