Castello di Montalto
A castle in the hills of the Sienese Chianti. The party happens in the courtyard, enclosed by ivy and battlements: that's where we set up our white bar, with the couple's signature cocktails, right up to the cutting of the cake.

Where we have worked
Villas, castles and hamlets across Tuscany: real photos of our bars, venue by venue.
Every venue has its own rules: where the bar can go, where to unload, what time the music stops. These are the Tuscan venues we already know, with photos of our own set-ups — from Chianti to Val d'Orcia, from the hills of Florence to the Lucca countryside. Getting married somewhere else? We do a site visit before the event. See how our wedding open bar works, or tell us about your venue.
A castle in the hills of the Sienese Chianti. The party happens in the courtyard, enclosed by ivy and battlements: that's where we set up our white bar, with the couple's signature cocktails, right up to the cutting of the cake.
A villa in Chianti Classico, a few minutes from Siena, with terraces among the olive trees and a pool overlooking the hills. We ran a daytime pool party here with our black bar among the lemon trees, then the open bar into the evening.
An estate between Chianti and Valdelsa, with a cypress garden and a terrace over the hills. Our bar followed the evening: first among the cypresses, then on the terrace for the party.
A winery and farm-stay hamlet in Greve in Chianti, among the Chianti Classico vineyards. We set up our white bar on the terrace overlooking the vineyards; after dinner the party moved into the hamlet's courtyard.
A villa in the hills of Greve in Chianti, with a pool among the olive trees and a view over the valley. Our bar stood under the pergola, facing the view, for a two-day wedding: a white bar with the couple's monogram.
A wine estate in Greve in Chianti. Our white bar went in the indoor room, with a drink list and the couple's signature cocktails; dinner was in the garden.
A villa just outside Panzano, among the vineyards of Chianti Classico. We brought our black bar here for the wedding's open bar.
A former convent below Montalcino, in a large park. We set up the bar in the stone cloister, with spritz at the counter all evening.
A hamlet and farm stay among vineyards and olive groves near Colle di Val d'Elsa. We served aperitivo in the garden by the pool, then in the evening the bar dressed in flowers.
A hamlet in the countryside of Monteriggioni, between Siena and Florence. We set up the bar under the loggia, with our black back bar behind it; dinner and the party were in the garden.
An old charterhouse on the edge of Siena, with cloisters and Italian gardens. After dinner in the cloister the party moved down to the cellars: that's where we set up our black bar and back bar.
An old village in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, inside a large estate. We looked after a three-day wedding here: a poolside bar by day, dinner in the village square and the final party.
A stone farmhouse in Monticchiello, with the Val d'Orcia opening out towards Pienza. Our bar worked here from the afternoon on the lawn, with the band, to the party late at night.
A farm hamlet in the Sienese Valdichiana, with a large park. We set up our quilted bar under the portico, open onto the lawn and the pool.
A farm stay in Certaldo, in the Valdelsa. Our white bar went in the courtyard in front of the villa, and the party spread out onto the lawn.
A historic villa in the hills of Impruneta, a few kilometres from Florence. We served aperitivo on the forecourt in front of the gate, drinks during dinner and then the open bar in the hall for the party.
A historic villa in the Val di Bisenzio with a park of centuries-old pines. We set up a long, multi-module bar here in the park under the pines: aperitivo and open bar.
A historic villa in Montemurlo, with a large park. We set up the bar under the loggia, with gin and tonics and Italian amari for the party.
A villa on Montalbano with a view that reaches the dome of Florence Cathedral. We ran the open bar in the indoor hall, where the bar became the centre of the party.
Restored farmhouses in the hills of San Miniato, a few minutes from our base. Our quilted bar stood in the garden among olive trees and cypresses: aperitivo outdoors, then dinner.
A historic villa near Pisa, in a centuries-old park, with frescoed halls. We set up our quilted bar in the main hall for the party after dinner.
A historic villa between Volterra and San Gimignano. Dinner was in the courtyard among the cypresses; for the party we set up our black bar in the hall.
A relais in the hills of San Miniato, a few minutes from our base. We served the open bar in the indoor room, next to the pool.
A hamlet in the hills of Borgo a Mozzano, a few kilometres from Lucca. We served aperitivo and open bar on the lawn overlooking the valley, with our quilted bar and the hamlet behind.
A stone farmhouse in the Valdambra, between Arezzo and Siena, with a pool. Our bar stood under the pergola, facing the lawn and the pool.
A castle in Pratovecchio Stia, in the Casentino. We served the open bar in the castle garden, at the foot of the tower.
