This notice explains how we process the personal data of users who visit this website and contact us, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process and why

Contact form requests. When you complete the form we collect the data you provide (name, email, phone and event details) solely to reply to your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Navigation and statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics on site usage. These cookies are only enabled after you press "Accept" in the banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). See the Cookie Policy.

Emails we send you. The emails we send in reply to your enquiry contain a service image and links that pass through our servers: they tell us whether the message was opened and which documents you looked at. We use this only to know whether our reply reached you and to avoid repeating things you have already read, never to profile you or for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest in managing ongoing commercial correspondence (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to info@justdrinkbarcatering.it, and we will keep writing to you with no tracking at all. If you block images in your email client, the open is not recorded.

Messages to the professionals we work with. If you are a wedding planner, a venue or another supplier who has contacted us or worked with us, we may write to you a few times a year with news about our services, the price list for the coming season and our partnership terms. We only process the professional details you gave us (name, company, work email). Legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining commercial relationships with professionals in our industry (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). To stop receiving these messages, simply reply to any of our emails or write to info@justdrinkbarcatering.it: we will remove you straight away and will not write again.

Who we share data with

Data is processed by the controller and by providers acting as processors, including:

  • FormSubmit — email delivery of contact form messages;
  • Google (Google Analytics) — navigation statistics, subject to consent;
  • Vercel — website hosting;
  • Matrimonio.com — reviews widget, which may set its own cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (e.g. the United States); in that case the transfer is based on adequate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

Contact request data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any event, and thereafter for the periods required by law (e.g. tax obligations). Statistical data is kept according to Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw any consent given. To do so, write to info@justdrinkbarcatering.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

The controller may update this notice; changes will be published on this page with the relevant update date.
