What happens after you write to us

We reply within a few hours, usually the same day. The first reply is not an automated quote: it is a person who has read what you wrote and asks for whatever is missing. If your date is still free we tell you straight away, because for weekends between May and September that is the first thing worth knowing.

Once we have the full picture we prepare a tailored proposal, with the price per guest, the transport and setup cost and everything that is included. From that moment we hold your date for two weeks, with no commitment on your side: time to read it properly and compare.

If you decide to go ahead, we set up a call or a meeting to build the drink list and settle the details of the evening. In the weeks before the event you get access to a private portal where you can follow the drink list, the run sheet and the documents.

What we need to know for an accurate quote

The more you tell us, the closer the proposal will be to the final one. If you do not have some of these details yet, write anyway: we start from an estimate and refine it together.

• The date and, if you have chosen it, the venue.
• How many guests, even approximately. The price is per person, so this is the figure that matters most.
• Bar hours: from when to when it should stay open. A two-hour aperitivo and an open bar until three in the morning are two different services.
• What kind of service you have in mind: aperitivo only, after-dinner open bar, or both.
• Any venue constraints: closing times, music limits, the space available for the bar counter, access to power and water.

Where we work

We are based in San Miniato, in the province of Pisa, halfway between Florence and the coast. We work across Tuscany: the areas we return to most often are Chianti, Val d'Orcia, the hills around Florence, Siena, Lucca and Versilia. We also travel outside the region for multi-day weddings: in that case the travel cost is based on the actual distance and shown separately, with no surprises.

How far ahead to get in touch

For a wedding in high season, from May to September, the right window is between twelve and six months ahead. Not because the planning takes that long, but because Saturdays run out: we take one event per day, so the team's attention is never split.

That said, if your event is only a few weeks away, write to us anyway. Dates open up through cancellations or midweek bookings, and in low season the timeline is much shorter.
