The kind of parties we look after
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, parties in a villa or at home, openings. The common thread is that there is a host who would rather enjoy the evening than spend it pouring drinks and collecting glasses. That is exactly the job we do: we take care of the bar from start to finish, setup and breakdown included.
How it works at your place
A private party is not a small wedding: the space is a home, the guests already know each other and the timing is looser. What changes most is the rhythm of the bar, which has none of the fixed moments of a reception and instead follows the flow of the evening.
We bring everything: counter, equipment, real glassware, ice, products and staff. Very little is needed from you, a power socket and a few square metres of space. At the end of the night we pack up and take everything away, empties included: the house is left as you handed it over.
How many staff, and how long
For a party of up to about fifty guests one bartender is enough if the service runs a few hours. Beyond that, or when the evening runs long, a second one is added: it prevents the queue at peak time, which at a private party is almost always just after the guests arrive and again after the cake.
A typical service runs three to six hours. We can plan a first stretch with a simpler aperitivo and a second one with proper cocktails, which is the best way to keep the energy from dropping halfway through the evening.
